Sherrie Norris
Our District Administrator is Sherrie Norris. She lives in Winnie, Texas and has been a long time resident in the district. Before working for the Winnie Stowell Hospital District, Mrs. Norris worked as a paralegal for 18 years. She has an Associate’s Degree from Gulf Coast Community College in Gulfport, Mississippi.

Victoria Carlo
Meet our District Administrator in training, Victoria Carlo, hailing from the Bolivar Peninsula. With a background in working for a Chamber of Commerce and Board of Directors, she brings valuable experience to her new role at the Winnie Stowell Hospital District. Committed to success, Victoria is dedicated to leveraging her skills for the unique challenges of healthcare administration. With a proactive approach, she looks forward to making a meaningful impact in her role.

Reagan Walters
Reagan is a lifelong resident of Winnie and graduate of East Chambers High School. She spends her time raising her son and spending time with her family. She has a bright future in the healthcare industry and has chosen to move forward in the medical coding and billing field.
Indigent Care Director
Carson Jordan
Carson Jordan is our dedicated Indigent Care Director currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration. Committed to improving community healthcare, Carson combines academic ambition with a passion for service. With a vision for accessible and compassionate healthcare, he leads collaboratively, fostering partnerships to address indigent care needs. Carson brings a dynamic blend of education and dedication to enhance healthcare accessibility within our district.
Prescription Assistant Coordinator
Patricia Ojeda
Our Prescription Assistant Coordinator is Patricia Ojeda. She has been a resident of Winnie, Texas for the past 30 years. Before coming to work for the Winnie Stowell Hospital District, Mrs. Ojeda worked for the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas as Director of the Patient Billing department. She accrued 25+ years’ experience in daily operations of a medical billing office, as well as assisting low-income individuals to identify and apply for various health care assistance programs. She has an Associate’s Degree from Mt San Jacinto College in San Jacinto, California, where she lived for 12 years and worked as a Medicaid Case worker. Patricia was working as the Indigent Care Director before transitioning to a contract position as Prescription Assistant Coordinator.
